From time to time, The White Company runs promotions and offers on selected products or lines. A full list of current offers can be found below. We refer to these collectively as our Promotional Offers. All qualifying offers will be automatically applied to your order online and in store.

• They are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items that are already discounted unless otherwise stated.
• They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are valid only for the period specified in the marketing communication.
• They are not valid in our clearance stores.
• They are not valid on gift wrap, gift box service, gift tenders or some non-The White Company brands.
• They are not valid on furniture, including beds, mattresses, upholstery and made-to-order items, except during specified events.
• If a return brings the amount spent below a qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from the refund.
• All orders are subject to stock availability and we may withdraw, amend or extend offers without prior notice.

Free delivery, normally from €9, applies to online and telephone orders to Ireland over €75. The offer applies when the order value, net of discounts or promotions, equals €75 or more.

Free delivery, normally from €9, applies to online and telephone orders to Europe over €120. The offer applies when the order value, net of discounts or promotions, equals €120 or more.

For Rest of World orders, delivery cost is based on weight and is normally between €25 and €45. The final amount is calculated at checkout.

From time to time we release Shopping Codes through email or other marketing channels. Enter the code during checkout or present it in store to receive the stated discount.

Shopping Codes are intended for the recipient only, cannot be combined with another offer, remain subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn if used improperly.

Some Shopping Codes are valid on sale-discounted items. This will be clearly stated in the promotion. All other Shopping Code terms continue to apply.

A personal VIP discount can be used online and in store on eligible full-priced items. The code is for the named recipient and must not be passed to others. It excludes sale items, gift vouchers, clearance stores and specified furniture or made-to-order products.

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to in them, apply to your access to and use of this Website and to any order placed through it.

Please read these Terms carefully before ordering. Terms may be updated from time to time, and changes become effective when the new terms are published on the Website.

You agree that information supplied when placing an order is accurate. Content uploaded to the Website must comply with these Terms and applicable law. We may deny access where use of the Website violates these Terms, the law or the rights of another person.

Prices are quoted in Euros and, where appropriate, include UK VAT at the current rate. Orders dispatched outside the European Union may have a zero UK sales-tax rate.

From 1st January 2021, EU orders over €150 may be subject to import duty. The White Company pays import taxes and duties on your behalf. If these charges are passed on to you, contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you.

By placing an order, you accept these Terms and make an offer to purchase the products and any delivery service described in your order.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not confirm acceptance. A contract exists only once your order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and prices and availability may change without notice.

A delivery charge may be added where appropriate. All quoted dates are estimates and can change. We cannot accept liability for loss caused when delivery takes place outside an estimated date.

EU deliveries are subject to the terms and charges shown with the order. Title and risk pass when the goods are placed at your disposal at our UK premises.

The White Company gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed in pounds sterling on our UK website or in participating UK stores. Additional product-specific conditions shown during purchase also apply.

We take care to ensure product descriptions and specifications are correct. They provide a general description and are not intended to be binding. Colour may vary depending on browser software, display and computer settings.

We aim to show products that are available. If an item is temporarily unavailable, the expected status will be displayed in your bag or confirmation. Products that are completely out of stock cannot be added to your bag.

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receipt. Returned postal parcels are sent at your cost unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will try to wrap items as requested. Some items are too large to gift-wrap. If products do not fit in one requested box or bag, additional packaging may be required and charged separately.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Eligible items can be returned within the stated returns period when complete, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Items found to be faulty may be returned outside the standard period. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. EU returns can be subject to UK VAT and import duty; contact Customer Services if duties have been charged to you.

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Include proof of purchase and your completed returns form. Products bought using PayPal must be returned by post rather than to a store.

Postal returns should be sent to: Returns Department, The White Company, Cob Drive, Swan Valley, Northampton, NN4 9BB.

Ex-display, clearance, made-to-order and certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Furniture must be disassembled where required and re-wrapped in its original packaging where possible.

Unwanted electrical equipment is one of the UK’s fastest-growing waste streams. Electrical devices should be repaired or recycled rather than placed in household waste. Visit your local recycling centre or the Recycle More website for guidance.

As a responsible retailer, we support the national Distributor Take-back Scheme, which helps fund local WEEE recycling facilities.

For our activity in France, we are registered with the Triman governing bodies that operate recycling schemes and help customers dispose of products and packaging responsibly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The White Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, supply of products, external websites or causes beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these conditions affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written text and other materials on this Website are owned by The White Company, its content providers or their respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You may print or download one copy for personal use or to place an order. Commercial copying, modification, distribution or incorporation into another work is prohibited without permission.

These Terms and use of the Website are governed by English law. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

The Website and Terms are designed for use under UK law. We do not warrant that use from another country complies with that country’s laws or regulations.
