Account requirements+−
Q: Is there a minimum initial order spend to open an account? A: Yes. One-off corporate gifting orders require a £500 RRP minimum spend. The discount will be removed from the total initial order value.
Q: Is there a minimum annual order spend? A: Yes. For year-round corporate gifting accounts, your annual trade spend (pre-discount and ex-VAT) should be RRP£1000 or more to retain an active account.

Q: How do I place my corporate gifting order? A: Submit an enquiry and our dedicated trade team will guide you through our collections and recommendations.
Q: Do you accept BACS or card payments? A: Yes. Our team can arrange BACS details or take card payment over the phone for eligible orders.
Q: Can I get a VAT receipt? A: Yes. Email b2b@thewhitecompany.com with your order number and our team will provide one.

Q: Can I receive a trade discount on top of sale prices? A: We will honour whichever is the better price: the sale price or your trade discount from RRP.
